HOTEL INFORMATION

MsC 2024 is back to our exciting and huge venue: The College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center on the campus of the University of Maryland at College Park. We are proud to announce that we will have exclusive access to the Conference Center from Thursday to Monday; which boasts 35 meeting/classroom spaces throughout the 40,854 square feet surrounded with beautiful artwork. 

Since 2022, MsC has been hosted at an large and exciting facilities:  The College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center on the campus of the University of Maryland at College Park.   MsC the exclusivity of the Conference Center (but not the hotel) from Thursday to Monday that includes 40,854 square feet of meeting space with 35 meetings room including a 8,122 square feet grand ballroom.

The hotel has 237 rooms, where 108 have King beds and 98 have two Queen beds. It also has 31 available suites. It is our goal to SELL OUT THE HOTEL THIS YEAR so we'll have exclusivity on the hotel-side as well.

To help this become a reality, WE HAVE REMOVED THE REQUIREMENT TO BOOK YOUR ROOM FOR 4 DAYS.

We fully expect to sell out the hotel now that the 4 day requirement has been removed so please make your reservations NOW.
 
 

The process to book room is as follows.

  • Booking is only allowed using the exclusive link. No new reservations will be made through the Marriott Reservations Phone.
  • The hotel will process your credit card for one night within the week of your booking. This first night only can be refunded for cancellations made by or before July 31, 2024.
  • Our event fare is also good for three days before and three days after the event, so you can arrive early or stay after if that is your choice. The Nation’s Capital has a lot of things to see and do.
  • To make sure that our differently-abled attendees have priority for rooms with accommodations, MsC is holding those rooms to make sure they go to the people that need them. To reserve a room, please book a regular king room and contact MsC hotel coordinator at MasterTaino@mtta.info and we will switch you to an accessible room.
