Cell Phone Policy

Cell phones are to be silenced inside all classrooms and during evening events. If you need to take a call,
please exit the room to do so. Text messages and other activities, aside from pictures and recording, are
allowed, so long as the sound is turned off.

Photography & Recording Device Policy

Photography in classrooms and during evening events is only permitted by the official photographer. No
pictures or any recording of any kind is permitted inside classrooms or during any evening event. You
are free to take pictures of those who consent to having their picture taken as long as these photos are
taken against a wall or the leather quilt to ensure no one is in the background.
Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures will be required to delete said pictures and may be
escorted out of the conference area and not allowed back in.
