Westin Tyson Corner

We’re back to the gorgeous Westin Tyson Corner off the Capital Beltway (I-495) right at Route 7 Exit. The Westin has 400 rooms, both Kings and doubles. MsC has booked over 200 rooms. All the rooms have refrigerators.  For 2020, the hotel has gone through renovations that includes a new small ballroom in the lower level, a modern Fitness Center, renovated rooms, and a renovated lounge and lobby areas.

The room rate for MsC 2020 are:
King or Double rooms: $105 per night

Cut-off date for guaranteed rate: August 16, 2020

HOTEL WARNING FOR IMPROPER ATTIRE

The management of the Westin Tysons Corner has let us know that there were several incidents during MsC 2018 regarding improper attire and behavior in public areas.  The hotel informed us that this year, the management will ask anyone from our group that exhibits improper behavior to leave the hotel premises and they will be banned from returning.
The improper behavior from last year included wearing puppy masks in the Starbucks area, individuals with leashes, and others sitting on the floor or kneeling in public areas.
We encourage everyone to READ the rules of Attire & Behavior and abide by them.  If the hotel kicks you out, you will NOT be able to return to MsC for the rest of the weekend, and you will not receive any refunds.
Finding and keeping venues for MsC has always been a challenge.  All we ask from our attendees is to behave in ways that help us keep our venues, not jeopardize them.
