  • Garlic and herb roasted breast of chicken on potato cake, swiss chard, spiced granny smith apples, lime caramel sauce
  • Ratatouille vegetable terrine, Quinoa and Lentil Pilaf, eggplant, squash and tomato with Portobello mushroom and spinach, tomato coulis.
